Riverstone Logistics (RLX), a leader in comprehensive logistics solutions, is pleased to announce several key leadership promotions and the addition of a new executive team member. Burton Oxford has been appointed Chief of Staff. In his new capacity, Burton will work closely with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives and streamline communication across departments. His extensive experience in customer relations will be instrumental in enhancing RLX’s overall organizational cohesion and agility.

Andrew Workmon has been promoted to Chief Information Officer (CIO). With his vast experience in technology leadership, Andrew will focus on advancing RLX’s technological infrastructure, fostering innovation, and strengthening the company’s commitment to safety and security, ensuring RLX remains at the forefront of industry advancements. His leadership will continue to play a pivotal role in furthering RLX’s commitment to operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.

Jonathan Williams has transitioned from Head of Operations to Head of Customer Care. In his new role, Jonathan will leverage his extensive operational knowledge to optimize customer service processes and reinforce RLX’s reputation for top-tier client support.

Kent Ferris has been promoted to VP of Operations. His dedication and leadership in RLX’s Final Mile Division have been instrumental to the company’s success in serving his appliance and building client. Kent will continue to enhance efficiencies and lead his team in executing RLX’s strategic goals, with a strong focus on operational excellence.

RLX also welcomes Patrick O’Connell as VP, Head of Hub Operations. With a robust background in logistics and final mile, Patrick brings a wealth of experience to the team. He will lead RLX’s hub operations, further advancing RLX’s commitment to efficient, innovative logistics solutions that meet the needs of its diverse client base.
