She has a diverse background, most recently as Executive Director at Congregations For Kids in Charlotte, NC, where she led the organization through extraordinary growth during her tenure. Nicole has also held key roles in marketing for the Retail Orphan Initiative and operations for the Retail Solutions Providers Association. An award-winning journalist who has worked for CBS and NBC affiliates, Nicole is a passionate advocate for children and families in the foster care system, with over 15 years of experience in international and domestic orphan care. She serves on the advisory board for the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute and the Retail Orphan Initiative. Nicole’s expertise in nonprofit management, marketing, and media underscores her commitment to fostering community relationships and driving impactful communication strategies.
