She has held senior executive roles, including Senior Vice President, Chief Experience Officer, and President across major retailers and leading 3PLs, where she led meaningful organizational transformation through process improvement, operational excellence, and a deep respect for frontline teams and the end-user experience.
Guided by a strong commitment to compliance, accountability, and service, Wendy focuses on building trusted partnerships with customers, motor carrier partners, and stakeholders. Her passion for the business is deeply personal; she has been married for nearly 30 years to her spouse, whom she met in the logistics industry, further strengthening her connection to and dedication to the work and the people who make it possible.
